Returning a Gift

To arrange for a return and label, please visit our website to submit your return request. A label will be provided for items eligible for return.

Please make sure that the items are unused, in the original manufacturer's product box and are well protected in the shipping box to prevent damage. You may need to add extra protection such as bubble wrap inside the product box if the item is able to move or shift within the product box. Damaged items cannot be refunded or replaced if damaged in transit back to us.

Step 1: To initiate a return you need to visit our: Return Service Center.
Alternatively, you can go to the FAQ tab on our site and click Free Returns from the drop down menu.

Step 2: Select: Start a GIFT RETURN.

Step 3: You will need to Log In to Return Service Center with your Order Number and email. You will need your invoice number (not the web reference number) and the shipping zip code. The Invoice number may be found on the on the packing list paperwork - see images below. 

Step 4: Next, click on the item/s you wish to return, provided quantity being returned and select the reason for the return.

Step 5: IMPORTANT— UNDER ADDITIONAL COMMENTS —Tell us if you are asking for a refund to the purchaser's credit card or want to received a store credit/e-gift certificate. A refund will be processed to original payment if you do not ask for a gift certificate. You will be asked for your email address for the e-gift certificate later in the return process.

Finally click the next buttons to complete the process.
Print the label and return the items.

A gift certificate/store credit will be processed for the returned items once they are received back. You may then use the gift certificate for future purchases.
