SWAROVSKI REPAIR PROCEDURES
Tips for repairing Swarovski Crystal:
- Call Swarovski to obtain Return Authorization, 1 (800) 426-3088
- Scratches can not be repaired
- The main body of the piece must be intact for repair to be successful
- Component pieces are available up to 3 years after the retirement
- Once the Swarovski receives your piece you will be notified of the cost of your repair.
- No pieces will be accepted by Swarovski without Return Authorization
- Repairs are made directly by Swarovski Inc., Crystal Classics assumes no responsibility for the quality of the repair.
