As an authorized retailer for the brands we carry, all our items come directly from the manufacturer in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
The only exception is if you order single glasses of Schott Zwiesel - their glasses are packaged in sets of 6 - as noted on product page on our site.

We are unable to get empty boxes from our suppliers, so unfortunately, we can not replace dented boxes or fix them. The primary purpose of the box is to protect crystal, and the secondary is to look nice. We strive to package our goods so they arrive in pristine condition.
